RETURNS, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are available unless an item is defective or the wrong product was delivered. If your item is perceived as defective or incorrect from your purchase please contact me via email at samschmidt@sam---schmidt.com within 5 business days from date of the delivery. We request that you provide pictures showcasing the problems with your order. The item must be unworn with original tags. We will then determine if the product is eligible for a return, exchange, or refund and respond within 24-48 hours via email. We are not responsible for return shipping fees or duty fees if an item is deemed eligible for return.
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-2 business days to process all orders. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. For all domestic orders, allow 2-5 business days for shipping. For all international orders, allow an additional 10-15 business days. We are not responsible for any undelivered, stolen, or lost packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received your package, please open an inquiry/investigation with the mail carrier. We will not replace any packages. SHIPPING RATES
We offer worldwide shipping. All shipping rates are based upon weight. International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes fees. We are not responsible for these fees if applicable.
